Refund policy

We want you to feel good about what arrives at your door.

For non-custom products, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@colormycalm.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Custom and Personalized Products

Because custom products are created specifically for you, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Color My Pet
  • Timeless Us
  • Any product made from a customer's photograph, name, specifications, or personal request

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@colormycalm.com and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the item
  • clear photographs of the packaging

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund.

Handmade and 3D-Printed Characteristics

Color My Calm pieces are individually 3D printed. Minor layer lines, small surface variations, and subtle differences between pieces are normal characteristics of the production process and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
